Waverton - Bondi

'Lead by example' is Lanai's motto. Being a business manager herself, she too faces the daily challenge of living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Lanai takes a holistic approach to stress management and trains in a motivational style to push you to your limits. In addition to her required personal training qualification, she is certified Box Fit, Trim & Tone, Bootcamp and Power Circuit teacher. Besides her dedication to sport, Lanai is also passionate about movies and music. She plays acoustic guitar and has just started learning how to surf. Also, she likes to cook with a particular interest in 'clean' food.


Thais

Manly

Thais got first taste of body movement and exercise in her dancing class when she was 4. From then on grew her passion for fitness and she now has 11 years experience as personal trainer. She thrives at helping people achieve their potential and believes in searching for the deep reason that will truly motivate them to improve their lives. Thais is highly qualified with a degree in Sports Science and multiple awards in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Metabolic Precision & Body Transformation, and Lifting & Kettle Bell Training. Her training sessions are conducted with lots of variety and fun.


Joy

Manly - North Sydney

With 6 years experience in the UK and in Australia, Joy is a highly qualified personal trainer with tremendous drive, energy and enthusiasm. She has expertise in Weight Loss, Core Stability, Posture Training, Kettle Bells, Weight Training, and Pre and Post Natal. She is also highly experienced in developing Diet and Nutrition plans for her clients. Joy does sports modeling and has had a lot of appearances in sports events and media shows such as The Biggest Loser Australia. She also enjoys cooking and studying health related topics.


Jacqui

Terry Hills - Monavale

Jacqui's interest for fitness and health emerged as she was traveling in the USA and decided to loose weight. She first finished her Diploma in Tourism and then focussed on her Master in Fitness. Jacqui particularly likes to do cardio work and circuit training, and insists on variety for a full body exercise. She has a very motivational approach and likes to celebrate success when she sees improvement. Jacqui also teaches Pilates and coaches tennis. She likes beach running and had played netball since she was 8.


Mitch

Willoughby

Having been personally involved in Strength & Conditioning Training for 5 years, Mitch has thorough knowledge and experience to support client training beyond basic fitness routines. He has played competitive level Rugby Union for 7+ years learning skills and techniques for improving fitness and health.

Mitch delivers a variety of exercises in each personal training session to achieve the desired goals of the individual. He wants his clients to enjoy their training as much as he does which means delivering fun and effective sessions. Mitch sets realistic and achievable goals for clients to stay motivated and focused.

Mitch received Master Trainer Level 1 certificate at the Australian Institute of Fitness, which is the highest level of achievement from the institute. Mitch is also a part-time student at the University where he studies criminology. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing and snowboarding.


Cele

Lane Cove

Celestina knows how to engage and establish rofessional relationships with corporate clients through her time in the corporate world at a large international bank. Celestina holds a Bachelor of Physical Education, is a certified Punch Fit Instructor and holds a Professional Certificate in Shiatsu Therapy. Celestina is a mother of two children and likes to conduct her sessions in a positive, motivational and fun manner.


Vania

Lane Cove

Native Brazilian, Vania started exercising at age 32 as she put on 26kg during her pregnancy with her daughter. Tough love is what characterises her training style, energising and fun at the same time. With 5 years experience as personal trainer, Vania is also certified Body Pump and Boot Camp instructor. She loves dancing, running and weight lifting and has a special flair for coaching children. Her energy and positive attitude are extremely contagious which helps staying motivated.


Alyson

Pymble

Alyson has a real passion for nutrition, sport and fitness. She grew up playing and competing in state netball, district softball and touch football. As well as her required personal training certifications Alyson holds a Bachelor of Media & Communication and is currently completing a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine. She has thorough experience in exercise programming and keeping her clients accountable and motivated. Alyson has served 2011-2012 as a retained Firefighter for Fire and Rescue NSW. She was challenged physically and mentally in this role and is a better trainer for it. Alyson loves nothing more than to pass on her health and fitness tips.
